I stood on stage for the first time at the age of 5 – with a magic wand in my hand and a goal to create magical moments.
I am educated in organizational psychology, HR and management. from BI Norwegian Business School and innovation from UC Berkeley. Along the way, I have gained experience from the Norwegian Armed Forces, top sports, the consulting industry and venture capital.
But the most fun has been starting my own business.
As a student, I was lonely. I know I'm not the only one who has had that feeling – far too many students struggle to find their place.
That's why I started StudyBuddies, an edtech company that helps students find academic communities, share knowledge, and get support, so that more people complete their studies and succeed, regardless of background.
Today I stand on stages at home and abroad to talk about loneliness, Gen Z, social innovation and how to build a career while studying.
I have shared the stage with Henry De Sio, former COO for Barack Obama, been featured on NRK, TV 2 and Khrono – and am now current with the book How to Understand and Lead Gen Z.
